Venue for hire
The Quaker Meeting House serves the community as a comfortable and calm venue in the centre of Bradford on Avon. Facilities include cycle stands, a small car park, disabled access (see our accessibility statement), a well-appointed kitchen, free wifi and a large screen for presentations or video conferencing.
The Meeting House is available for hire throughout the week between 9am and 10pm, except for Sunday mornings. For pricing, please download our list of hire charges.

The small meeting room is a peaceful space overlooking the garden. It seats up to 12 and is suitable for small groups or one to one work.

The main meeting room and library are a versatile, fully carpeted space, ideal as an open space for yoga, Feldenkrais, meditation, and other activities.
Alternatively, it can be furnished with stackable chairs and seat around 40 people for public talks and meetings, extendable by another 20 seats if the double doors are opened to the adjacent library. It is wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop. A large screen for presentations or video conferencing is available to use at no extra charge.

The library can also be booked separately for small groups or one to one sessions, at the same charge as our small meeting room. It is particularly suitable for activities that require good wifi signal.

Hire charges include the use of our kitchen, that features a cooker, microwave, fridge, urn, thermos flasks and kettles, as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. Please ask our Warden for more details.
